Anthony Manocchio–Treasurer

Anthony is Senior Vice President of Sales for Northcoast Research, where he is an institutional equity salesperson managing relationships with New York based clients.  Northcoast Research is a Cleveland based equity research and trading firm that conducts proprietary company and industry specific research and shares this work with their institutional clients.  Clients are typically mutual fund managers and hedge fund managers that are active in equity investing and trading.  Prior to Northcoast Research, Anthony held similar roles with both Midwest Research and Longbow Research.

Anthony holds a BSBA from John Carroll University and an MBA from Cleveland State University.

Dominic Gogol–Secretary


Dominic is the Founder and President of Gogol Landscaping Inc.

Dominic is a lifelong resident of Little Italy and a lifelong patron and supporter of the Alta House.

J. Kieran Jennings, a partner with Siegel Jennings Co., L.P.A., a law firm dedicated to minimization of real property tax and general state and local tax litigation.

Angela Lupardus


Angela is the Regional Business Development and Marketing Manager for Littler Mendelson.  Littler is the world’s largest law practice exclusively devoted to representing management in employment and labor law matters.  She has been in legal business development and marketing since 2007.  Prior to that, Angela was in legal and business-to-business sales.

Since 2004, Angela has been a volunteer on a team serving for A Place at the Table, which provides hot meals to the hungry in the local Cleveland community.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Akron.  She also holds certifications from Pepperdine’s Straus Institute of Strategic Negotiation, Level I & II.

Michael V. Panichi


Michael is a Senior Vice President and the Midwest Regional Manager for KeyBank’s Asset Recovery Group.  The group is responsible for managing loans that experience financial difficulty and to derive the best solution available.  He has held various positions at KeyBank over his eighteen year tenor in capital markets and banking.  Prior to KeyBank he served as Business Manager for a small manufacturer of parking and access control equipment.

Michael previously served as a board member of Second Growth Institute, a non-profit organization that focused on brownfield redevelopment and job creation in the City of Cleveland.  He is also a member of the Northern Ohio Italian American Foundation.

Michael received a BSBA in Accounting and Finance at John Carroll University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Anthony Rinaldi

Anthony Rinaldi is the sole owner of Anthony Rinaldi & Company, LLC, located in Cleveland, Ohio.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of tax, succession, and estate planning.  In addition to being an attorney, Anthony is an Accredited Tax Advisor®. 

Previously, he was a tax executive with International Management Group in the firm’s international tax department.  At the time, IMG was the largest sports management firm in the world.  Since moving on from IMG, he founded Anthony Rinaldi & Company, LLC in 2002.

Anthony is known for his ability to make sophisticated legal issues and tax planning understandable and is highly regarded for his devotion and commitment to the diverse needs of high net worth clients.  He represents high net worth individuals, lottery winners and professionals, including doctors, lawyers, professional athletes and wealth management advisors.  Anthony also represents corporations, partnerships and tax-exempt entities, as well as family-owned and other closely-held businesses, and their owners.

Anthony offers his individual clients a full range of estate, trust and tax planning services, from the drafting of wills, complex trust agreements and advanced wealth-preservation plans, to the formation of family foundations and other philanthropic entities to accomplish charitable objectives.

Anthony advises his corporate and business clients on critical finance, tax and business matters, including entity structure and formation, and asset ownership for asset protection and tax savings.  He also assists closely-held and family-owned businesses and their owners with business succession planning for wealth preservation and to transition the business/ownership to younger generation and key employees.

In addition to income and estate tax planning, a significant portion of Anthony’s tax practice involves representing individual, business and corporate clients in administrative tax-controversy matters before the Internal Revenue Service and the Ohio Department of Taxation.  Anthony is frequently asked by banks and financial consultants in the Cleveland Area to speak on wealth preservation, tax and estate planning, and business succession.

He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Akron and Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University.  Anthony is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and United States Tax Court.  He is a member of the American and Ohio State Bar Associations.

When not finding solutions to meet his clients’ needs, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family.
